Hi,I’m Brittany Vermeer

and I’m a triathlete and journalist. Ever since I crossed my first finish line in 2019, I’ve been completely hooked on this sport. For me, swim, bike, and run isn’t just a means to an end but a way of life. It’s a way to connect with the great outdoors, join a community, and discover that you’re capable of far more than you think.

As a journalist, I get to connect with some of the top coaches, experts, and professional athletes in the world, and I want to share everything I’ve learned with you. My goal is for Triple Threat Life to be a trusted resource and supportive community that will fuel your passion for the sport and help you achieve your goals.
